At DEIMEN® (the "Site"), we currently offer exclusively digital products, such as bundles and albums in digital download format.

 

Due to the nature of these products —which are delivered immediately after purchase and allow for instant download or access—, it is not possible to cancel the purchase or offer returns or refunds once the transaction has been completed and the download link has been provided.

 

Reason:
Digital products are not returnable in the same way as physical products, since the buyer receives full access to the content at the time of purchase. This allows for reproduction, copying, or indefinite use, making it impossible to guarantee that the product will be "returned" in its original condition.
